I looked over my random writings folder and realized I have some short pieces written for simfic50 prompts and simhaven challenges laying eggs in there, but I don't have the drive to decorate my Sims neighbourhood to take pictures. I just stare. And stare. And stare at the blank neighbourhood template.

I wonder how does one get over Sims decorating block. D:

Hm, just a quickie I got from my mailing list. Twilight graphic novel version coming up

I quite agree that the characters look exactly like Meyer's original intended character design which was poorly transferred into words. Not just that, I think the actions of the characters themselves would render better in a mix of dialogue and art action too (because all that 'cheesy' will be overshadowed by pretty art). Now that's why her writings reminds one of fanfiction, doesn't it? I have a feeling this may propel the manhwa** art style to even greater heights than it already is now. Y'know, amidst the torrent of protests that will follow.

** Used that because it's a Korean manhwa artist. Even if I've only seen these styles by Asians, I hesitate to label it Asian art style because of obvious reasons.

Very sorry I haven't been responsive lately! I'll be working on them the next hour.

And that's just what I wanted to post about. The Earth Hour, where you turn off your lights for one hour, Malaysian time 8:30pm. Even my parents are getting into the groove. I'm not keen on the celebrating thing at the several spots around KL, so I've opted to stay home and (hopefully) get the neighbours to join in!

I'll blog about that later! ... If I don't forget and wander off somewhere and get caught up ^^;;

Just a quickie before I resume packing stuff up. The results for JLPT came out today. I'd totally forgotten about it! Was extremely nervous since I didn't take the preparatory classes and started seriously revising only about a week before the test, but I passed! Thank god o_O No more procrastinating this year, seriously.

I was watching Galileo, a Japanese drama about solving seemingly supernatural crimes through science. In the special episode, he mentioned something very interesting that this small under-the-rock me got all excited about: The supposedly time traveler from 2036, John Titor and his online posts which did correctly predict some events ... Whether he's a true one or not, I'm interested in the future he described he came from.

I'm also interested in why all of his predictions are grim events.
